For the past seven years, Andy was CEO of frog design, the iconic innovation and design firm. Previously, he was a global managing director and co-founder of Accenture’s Mobility and Interactive divisions, managing director at Idealab, the world-famous incubator and founder and global managing partner for PwC’s E-business division. Journey is Andy’s next chapter and the title of his novel, an Amazon best seller in the metaphysical fiction genre.

Lisa Sopher

Chief People Officer

Lisa has 25+ years of experience in HR, Operations and Program Management, across multiple industries. She has always sat right in the middle of organizations connecting the dots - attracting and retaining talent, connecting delivery teams to clients, and helping individuals and organizations succeed. Most recently Lisa led frog design’s global Talent/Resource management team. At Journey, her focus is creating a community focused on transparency, growth, and curiosity.

With almost a decade of deep experience working in metaverse-related industries and a long list of major corporate clients globally, Cathy Hackl is the industry’s leading Metaverse and web 3 authority who specializes in expanding your brand’s influence and value in metaverse commerce, virtual worlds, NFTs, virtual fashion and luxury, spatial computing, and augmented reality. A professionally trained tech futurist, Cathy shares her knowledge as host of Adweek’s Metaverse Marketing podcast, columnist for Forbes, and author of 3 books, including her most recent, Navigating the Metaverse: A Guide to Limitless Possibilities in a Web 3.0 World.

Driven by his passion for reinvention, Lionel Ohayon continues innovating by connecting the dots between technology, design, and operations across industries and experience platforms, from the physical, to digital, to metaverse. As a board member of FastCo’s Innovation Council, among others, Ohayon focuses on the future of the design industry and approaches every project with a desire to pioneer and create something new.

Since founding Skilled Creative, Brandon Kaplan, has been a trailblazer inventing and implementing new ways corporations can harness voice and AI technologies to capture greater value. Dedicated to always being ahead of technology’s advance, Kaplan’s campaigns for leading brands play a significant part in growing the voice channel to its multibillion dollar scale. Craig Ayers

With his prior executive experience across multiple functional disciplines at Accenture and most recently as the CFO/COO of frog design, Craig Ayers is well versed in implementing the right level of business rigor to support creative freedom and provide maximum value for clients.
