Create a web browser and AR experience which assists Rayban staff in product mastery by recreating the Rayban story glasses in a digital space. 

Our Response

Our Virtual studio partnered with Raybans and Meta to recreate Raybans iconic frames in a 3D interactive web experience. 

Customisable Shades

Our Virtual studio developed an easily accessible web browser experience for Rayban and their staff to explore product features in a fully realized digital space to supplement an existing LMS (Learn Management System). This would assist Rayban’s design team in customizing and testing products in 3D.

Our Virtual studio not only created a web browser experience for staff to explore product features. But also added 3D models of Ray Bans’ iconic shades as a virtual try-on, enabling users to see them in action. This augmented reality capability, similar to filters on social media, provided a means for the design team to try on any Rayban glasses and contextualize their design on the human face.

This project showed how 3D visualization and virtual try-on could be applied to create a customer-facing, hyper-personalized retail experience and also how it could be used to enhance the design process of a physical product presented in a virtual space.

The new smart glasses from Ray-Ban x Meta present a solution to the quandary of how to be in the moment whilst capturing the moment.
