The doors to London Museum‘s new free permanent galleries open on 28 November 2026, telling the story of this great global capital in all its grit and glitter.
As the team behind the digital content curation for the Past Time Galleries, Journey are incredibly excited to be part of this landmark museum project.
The Past Time Galleries, set at Roman street level, journey through London’s history via chronological and thematic displays. The stories are brought to life through films, illustrations and interactive exhibits. It spans from prehistoric times through major events, including the Great Fire and the Blitz, and cultural milestones like the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

After three decades, Smithfield’s historic General Market is being brought back to life with evocative underground galleries and a day to night programme that will light up the former trading floor.
Created over 10 years, with 100,000 people from London and beyond, this new shared space will see the museum’s collections and the capital’s communities come together in the historic heart of the city.
