Joe is a Chief Delivery Officer and Co-Founder of Journey and CEO and Founder of Scruffy Dog Creative Group, which joined Journey at the end of 2025. He leads global strategy, creative direction, and design to delivery output across the globe for major developments and clients including Universal Creative, Qiddiya, Disney Imagineering and Merlin Entertainments to name only but a few, with a background in production design for themed entertainment, film, events & stage, Joe plays a hands-on role in shaping entertainment projects from early concept through to real-world delivery.
Under Joe’s leadership, Scruffy Dog Creative Group, a Journey studio, has grown into a leading creative services company with a portfolio spanning theme parks, cultural destinations, and immersive experiences worldwide.
In 2026, Joe stepped into a new group role as Chief Delivery Officer at Journey alongside his position of CEO at Scruffy Dog Creative Group. This formalises the role his teams play in taking projects from design intent through fabrication and into delivery. In this capacity, Joe oversees fabrication and delivery across the wider Journey group, supporting teams and partners globally and strengthening Journey’s ability to deliver fully realised experiences from beginning to end.
