The Bayeux Tapestry is coming to Britain.
Journey is working with the British Museum on Bayeux Around Britain, supported by WorldQuant, a national program celebrating the arrival of the Bayeux Tapestry in the UK for the first time in almost 1,000 years.
While the Tapestry itself will be displayed at the British Museum, Bayeux Around Britain will bring its story to audiences across the UK through a network of more than 90 museums, galleries, libraries, heritage sites and cultural venues.
Journey is developing the narrative strategy, audience experience approach and creative direction for a suite of films, produced by Myth Studio, designed to help audiences connect with the people, places and events depicted in the Tapestry.
The project builds on Journey’s ongoing relationship with the British Museum, following previous work within the Assyrian and Roman Galleries.
Stay tuned for more coming soon.
