We're looking for a temporary IT Support Admin to join us at our office in Dallas, TX. The role responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assist in-office employees with hardware/software questions/issues. 
  • Ensure smooth communication between RKON and Journey Management 
  • Ship laptops and equipment to all new journey employees through UPS 
  • Weekly check in with RKON and IT rep from other studios to ensure alignment of initiatives 
  • Maintain office equipment through replacement or repair 
  • Procure office equipment such as computer parts or peripherals   
  • Ensure employees have equipment that they need on a day to day basis as well as for special projects
  • Maintain office equipment through replacement or repair  
  • Organize office supplies & maintain a professional working environment, removing boxes, general studio upkeep

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following skills and experience:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Google workspace 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure 
  • Able to perform basic Web Dev tasks i.e. managing DNS records 
  • Extremely familiar with wide range of Mac/PC Laptop and Desktop hardware and peripherals  
  • Comfortable troubleshooting hardware/software issues 
  • Procure office equipment such as computer parts or peripherals
