As Journey’s Chief People Officer, Lisa deploys her 25+ years of experience in HR, Operations and Program Management to ensure optimal employee experiences for our team members. You’ll find Lisa smack in the middle of Journey: attracting and retaining talent, connecting delivery teams to clients, and helping individuals surpass their goals. Most recently, Lisa led frog design’s global Talent/Resource management team. At Journey, her focus is creating a community focused on transparency, growth and curiosity.
