Rachael is a Managing Director based out of Journey’s London studio. A true cultivator of creative teams, Rachael develops the environment for our immersive experts to work with focus and ferocity. She has line of sight across our immersive portfolio, liaising with our leaders in New York and the Middle East to deliver projects that upend the goalposts of human perception. Joining our immersive studio in 2013 as a producer, Rachael keenly understands that great work — to say nothing of multidimensional design — only happens when diverse perspectives and skills are brought to bear on the challenge. Her passion for mentorship and team-building shows up every day in the boundary-shattering work of our immersive team.
