Holly is a Managing Director based out of Journey’s New York studio. Minding our global immersive project portfolio, Holly articulates the promise of multidimensional design, then builds the teams to deliver on it. She was instrumental in realizing the Empire State Building Observatory project, a winning expression of Journey’s ability to blend immersive, physical and digital into something the world had never seen before. With a background in art history and criticism, Holly approaches every project surface — be it a wall, a pavilion or an XR overlay — as an opportunity to challenge orthodoxies and advance bold, impactful thinking. Her steady hand keeps our immersive team focused on breaking new ground for our clients. She previously worked at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, our longtime collaborators in exhibition design, at their New York and London offices.
