About the Job:

As a BIM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the use of Building Information Modeling technology and processes within our organization. You will collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of BIM throughout all phases of construction projects.

  1. BIM Implementation: Lead the implementation of BIM technology and workflows across the organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

  2. Project Support: Provide guidance and support to project teams in developing and maintaining BIM models, templates, and standards.

  3. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff to enhance their proficiency with BIM software and methodologies.

  4. Quality Control: Establish and enforce BIM quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of project models and data.

  5. Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, through BIM coordination and clash detection.

  6. Standards Development: Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols, including naming conventions, file structure, and content libraries.

  7. Software Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of BIM software tools and applications.

  8. Data Management: Manage BIM data, including version control, access permissions, and data security.

  9. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze BIM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

  10. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

  11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements related to BIM.

 

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes and project management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 19650 and familiarity with BIM Level 2 and beyond.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) a huge plus

 

Salary Pay Range
$90,000$110,000 USD
