Lionel Ohayon was born in Canada to a family spanning Morocco, Israel, and Spain. This multicultural upbringing enabled him to synthesize different inputs, understand complex topics from an early age, and have an innate appreciation of hospitality. He founded ICRAVE as a design-build startup in 2002 and co-founded Journey in 2022.

Several ground-breaking projects later, he is now leading the charge in reinventing hospitality experiences like the immersive and otherworldly Las Vegas Sphere and the anxiety-reducing David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Listen to him unpack his journey with Amy Devers on the Clever Podcast.
